A Little 'Midnight Madness'

We are in the midst of a huge thunderstorm. So while I am trying to put this card together I have an eighty pound lab dog trying to crawl up in my lap. She is such a baby when it storms. This started off to be a card for the Midnight Madness sketch but sort of went astray. (Must have been the storm or the dog) LOL! I colored my little h'Angler with Copics. I used two MS punches on the lace for the frame. I also used my Crop-A-Dile to add some bumps on the paper. I used a Die-namics die for the lace on the blue strips of paper. I added some tiny buttons and mulberry flowers to finish off my card.
I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Don't send that storm over this way! We just had one on Monday that flooded creeks all over around here! Love the use of multiple border punches. Quit making cards today, I only have so much time to comment ya know!
