Darn I Missed This!

I and Blogger have not had some happy days as of late. Also, I have had a hectic few weeks and it will be even worse the next two weeks as I will work a temporary job in special elections. I do this to earn money for my trip to Puyallup each year to the Scrapbook Show there. But, it means six days a week with my work day starting at 4:30AM and ending at 6:30PM. I know I will totally exhausted at the end of the two weeks but it pays the piper! LOL! Somehow my card for The Creative Crafters never posted! It is a card that I was pleased with the end results and now it is to late to enter in challenges! Arrrrrrr!  Anyway, it is NOT to late for you to enter The Creative Crafters Challenge! I love this sweet image form Polk A Doodles! During the harsh winter months it is important to remember the animals that are struggling to make it through the winter. This sweet little angel is doing just that! She is caring for God's creatures!  I am entering this card at the following challenges:

For The One I Love!

I am sure some of you are wondering why I picked this digi for "The One I love" Challenge at the Paper Shelter this week! What about you what is your choice of "For The One I love"? Join our fun challenge at The Paper Shelter and show us your love expression. This darling digi is called Washing Dishes ! Just click on the links! There is a very generous prize for the winner using a stamp from The Paper Shelter!

Birthday for a Friend!

A closer look at my stamp!
 The inside of my card!
Good-morning!  I hope you have each gotten past the holidays and are ready for spring. I always feel a little sad each year as I take down my Christmas decorations and pack them away, knowing it will be another year before I  will see them again. So, I try to move onto spring and the pops of color it brings. It is also time for another Fun challenge at Creative Crafters! If you haven't played with us before, be sure and hop over and check out our challenge. It is always "Anything Goes" so you can let your creative juices flow! I hope you will join the fun!
This is a birthday card I made for a special friend. We have known each other since we were little girls. We reconnected a few years ago and have had so much fun making cards, and enjoying each others friendship.  I wanted to make her a card that would let her know how special she is. I hope she enjoyed it and her day was a wonderful one! Happy Birthday Nan! You deserve the best!

A "Wee" Angel!

This is another Christmas card using a "Wee" stamp! I do love the artist (Sylvia Zett's ) work! Her stamps are always so sweet. This was for another person at church. I kept it pretty simple as I was needing to get my Christmas cards done and delivered.  I hope you enjoy this card!

Christmas Bird

Yesterday I posted a silly reindeer, today a silly bird. These goofy birds crack me up. I don't know if it is the buggy eyes, or the way their feathers are a bit askew, but they are so funny. I made this Christmas card for a special lady at church. She has always greeted me with a smile, hug, and kiss. She likes birds so I thought she would enjoy this card! A Time To Forgive

A closer look!
 The inside of my card!
Our year is quickly coming to an end! I can't believe 2018 is gone. It seems the older I get the faster time is flying. I still have a 'few' Christmas cards to post and will try and get them posted before spring! LOL! This sweet stamp is another Lee Holland and I do love it. It would be nice if we could all end the year forgiving those who have hurt us and moving on. I am entering this card at the following challenges:

Let's Build A Snowman!

A closer look at the cute digi stamp!
 The inside of my card!
I have been having lots of fun with these cute little snowmen stamps from Lee Holland Art  you can click on the link and see all the cute snowmen you can choose from. I wanted to do a few cards for the teens that work in our church nursery each Sunday. They do a great job with the little ones that are in our nursery class and Christmas is a great time to recognize their efforts with the kids. My youngest grandson's face lights up when he sees these teens and I love that they are such a great example of God's love to the little ones.
I used Nuvo drops for the pearl snow falling and extra fine glitter on the snow on the ground. I do wish my picture reflected how much the snow sparkles but it doesn't. LOL!  I am entering this card at the following challenges:

The Bear Necessities!

Love this cute stamp and it makes such  a sweet card. I know I will use this stamp over and over.  I know that some of you only use stamps one time but I like to enjoy them and try and create a new look each time I use them. I had quite a play with this card. I used Liquid Glass on the ice berg and added some pretty pearl snowflakes from my stash. The inside left of my card I used some cute bear die cuts and a Merry Christmas die cut. The right side is a new Christmas stamp that I picked up at Hobby Lobby. I hope you enjoy this Christmas Card even if it is after Christmas! LOL!
