Valentine's Card of A different Sort!

 A closer look.
 Punched hearts!
 Pretty accents!
 The inside of my card.
Can you believe we are already into February? It is time for another fun challenge at THE PAPER SHELTER! Our challenge this time is "Be My Valentine". I know this is not the usual Valentine's card, but there is a sweet young lady at church who is getting married on Valentine's Day and I wanted to make a special card for her. I love this sweet image called 'The Bride'. I wish you could see this car IRL as it is much prettier than the picture. (Really it is!) Just as a reminder . . . don't forget if you use a PAPER SHELTER image you can win $30 in product. All you have to do is play along with us and you might be the next big winner.
I had both something old and something new on this card. The open weave hearts are from an old MS punch. It actually broke and I got brave and took it apart and fixed it. I found a video on line that told me how to do it. The pretty little corner flower die cuts are a present I gave myself! The pearl roses I have had for over a year and just been waiting for the perfect card for them.  Paper lace, ribbon, and a circle sentiment finish off this "Valentine's Day" card.
I am entering this card at the following challenges:

My Song: Chapel of Love
Woah! Spring is here and the sky is so very blue.
Wo-o-o-oah, birds all sing as if they knew,
today's the day we'll say, "I do,"
and we'll never be lonely anymore.
Because we're goin' to the chapel
and we're gonna get married,
goin' to the chapel
and we're gonna get married,
gee, I really love you
and we're gonna get married,
goin' to the chapel of love.

Yes I can believe it is Feb. Time is flying by. I would like Spring through Summer to crawl like a snail, but Winter can rush by.
Gorgeous Valentines card.

This is fabulous! OMGosh the image is cute as can be and your coloring is wonderful...I feel like I can actually see the folds in the fabric of her dress! I adore what you did with the lace across the heart...thanks for that idea! And the diecuts on this card are beautiful. This card is GREAT! Hugs, Gail
