"We Can Do No Great Things"

I just had to do a card that was "Sunny". I followed the MOJO Monday sketch. I must say this was one of my favorite sketch challenge. I will definitely be using this one again. I cut the frame for the image with  Nestabilites. I embossed the frame and then I used a metallic rub on to enhance the embossed areas. I popped the Tilda with dimensional foam. I did some had stitching. I am so glad my mom taught me how to cross stitch.  I added a ribbon and bow. I also hand stitched the sentiment. My sentiment is from 'Close To My Heart'. I love this sentiment, it is a quote from Mother Teresa. I hope this card will brighten someones day!
I am entering this card at the following challenges:

Patty your Tilda cards are just so lovely, your colouring is perfect and so is your colour combo. I dont have a lot of Tilda stamps but I can see me buying a few more now.

Whoa! Where are my sunglasses! Just kidding, with the dreary weather we had over the weekend it is nice to see something so bright and cheery.
