"A New Hat" for Inspiration Destination

A closer look of the cute stamp!
The details  added to my card.
 The inside of my card!
I want to say a thank you of gratitude to our wonderful sponsor Polkadoodles.
We are starting a new challenge at Inspiration Destination and Polkadoodles provided our DT with some lovely stamps! When I first started making cards I quickly found just a few (3) artists stamps that I liked. I often skimmed past blogs that did not use the small selection of stamps that I  "liked". I would like to think that I have grown over the past few years and I am now not afraid to try something that I thought might not be my cup of tea. How about you do you just stick with stamps you know and love?  OK! Time to get on with my card. I must admit I am right in my element with the designs from "Polk A Doodle".  This cute stamp is no exception. She is called "Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Springtime - New Bonnet"
She is the cutest! I remember when I was a little girl you always wore a pretty bonnet to church. I always looked forward to Easter because I would get a new dress and bonnet. Now that I am older I can appreciate how my parents struggled in the early years raising a family. I am sure it was a struggle to provide a new outfit for my two brothers and myself at that time.
I didn't add too much in the way of embellishments as I wanted the stamp to be the focal point. I die cut  my flowers and added some sparkle with the center stones which can be found at Queen and Co. The sentiment on the inside of my card is from Sweet and Sassy.

Our Next Sponsor is Karleigh Sue this artist is fairly  new to me but I had so much fun with her cute image called Hot Sunny Day

Don't forget it is always "Anything Goes" at Inspiration Destination Challenges
I am entering this card at the following challenges:

My Song:   Easter Parade (Irvin Berlin)
In your Easter bonnet, with all the frills upon it,
You'll be the grandest lady in the Easter parade.
I'll be all in clover and when they look you over,
I'll be the proudest fellow in the Easter parade.
On the avenue, fifth avenue, the photographers will snap us,
And you'll find that you're in the rotogravure.
Oh, I could write a sonnet about your Easter bonnet,
And of the girl I'm taking to the Easter parade.
