This is my first attempt at a night scene. I must admit it was harder than I had anticipated! I don't know why the sky looks so splotchy in my picture....it has to be the way the light is reflecting when I took the picture. I loved the image and had seen a video (somewhere) SORRY....I will give credit if someone lets me know where it is from....but it was a fantastic video. I framed it with a Spellbinders die to frame it and added the snowflakes cut from a die that my sweet friend Elaine sent me. The paper lace is a Magnolia die. My sentiment is from LOTV and if you look really close you can see the tiny little rhinestones I added for holly berries. A white gel pen added highlights to the sweet little lambs and I also added additional snow flakes and highlights on the weeds. Little rhinestone hearts in the center of my snowflakes and cute little star buttons finish off my card. I hope you like my 'attempt' at a night scene and I would appreciate any helpful hints you might have.
My Song: Early One Christmas Morn
Early one Christmas morning ever so long ago..
brightness of stars are falling down on the earth below...
Shepherd's and wise men together offered their treasures its told
but yet there was one so humble who gave neither silver nor gold..
I am just a lonely shepherd boy no earthly riches have I
but the love and devotions I give thee will last till the waters run dry..
The gifts of the shepherd's and wise men all to the ashes have gone
but the love of the humble shepherd boy still on this Christmas lives on.
brightness of stars are falling down on the earth below...

Patty this is absolutely stunning! I saw the video too, think it was by Sandy Allnock if I'm not mistaken but haven't tried it yet. Again, absolutely gorgeous!
