"R" Is for Recipe with Tic Tac Toe

 

I am afraid that I was in a hurry when I made this card. I was hurrying to pack for a quick trip to Missouri to attend my sweet aunt's funeral. I wanted to have this ready for a scheduled post in case I didn't make it back home on time. I had already given this card away and after I returned home I noticed that the bow had slid off the ribbon! With no way to fix it I am afraid I had to leave the post as is. I never function well when I have to have a hurry up post. I don't know what the recipient though when they received this card. LOL! It is the thought that counts right?
