Cherokee Nation

I must admit that I love this card...even with the mistake on the inside with my DP! The cute image is by  the uber talented Emanuella Colin.  I colored the image with Copics and added Spica pen for a bit of Sparkle. I used a Burlap pad....it is quite thick but added some wonderful dimension to the card. A few mini pine die cuts and some half pearls finished of this card. I do believe this is what I would consider clean and simple for me.
Scheduled post
My Song: Half Breed (Cher)
My father married a pure Cherokee
My mother's people were ashamed of me
The Indians said I was white by law
The White Man always called me "Indian Squaw"
"Half-breed!" That's all I ever heard
"Half-breed!" How I learned to hate the word
"Half-breed! She's no good," they warned
Both sides were against me since the day I was born
We never settled, went from town to town
When you're not welcome you don't hang around
The other children always laughed at me
"Give her a feather, she's a Cherokee"
We weren't accepted and I felt ashamed
Nineteen I left them, tell me who's to blame

First of all, there is no mistake on the inside of your card. Sometimes we create opportunities. I kinda like it this way.
Anyway, I love this image and holy smokes, your colouring is jaw-dropping gorgeous! The fur looks like fur, the feathers look like feathers... I love this card and I'm glad you are happy with it because I think it's quite perfect!
