Ahoy Matey!

My grandsons Skyped me today! Skype is a wonderful thing not as good as being there, but it is still great. My oldest grandson was not feeling so good. He wanted Grammy to know that he was sick and that he missed her. I miss them and always at times like this want them near so I can at least do something to help bring them comfort. I made these two cards for each of them. If you have followed my blog you know that I always make them the same card but make each one a bit different. That way they know which is theirs and that it was made special for them. I hope by the time Luke gets his card he will be feeling much better.
This is a cute new digi image I just got. It came as a set from Whimsy Stamps. There are three different images that come with the set and they are all adorable.  I colored this image with Copics and Chromatix markers. I added Liquid glass to the port hole windows. Just  a couple of fun cards for my grandsons!
My Song: Barnacle Bill The Sailor (the Original version!)
)"Who's that knocking at my door?"
Cried the fair young maiden.
"It's only me from over the sea", says Barnacle Bill the Sailor.
"I'm all lit up like a Christmas tree", says Barnacle Bill the Sailor.
"I'll sail the sea until I croak, I fight 'n swear 'n drink 'n smoke,
But I can't swim a bloody stroke", says Barnacle Bill the Sailor.

So sorry your grandson wasn't feeling well. How wonderful that you can Skype with them and get to see their faces. Love your cards are they are both just perfect for the boys!

Awww you're such a good Grammy !!! The boys will love their special cards & hope Luke is feeling better. I'm sure "talking" to them on Skype & seeing their faces helps all of you feel closer.
Hugs, Janie
