Happy January 2015 to all my blogging friends! I hope you have all your Christmas decorations put away and are ready to start a new year! The Paper Shelter has some fun things in store for you this year and you are going to want to play along with all of our challenges. Be sure and check out our store here. New images are added each week and they just get lovelier each week. Our challenge this week is Winter Blues! We want to see blue and more blue on your entries. You can use any shade or shades of blue but it must be the predominate color. I have chosen "CosyWinter Wishes" for my blue card. Isn't she just the cutest? I know you will see more cards with this image as she is a new favorite of mine.
I have had this paper in my stash for a long, long time and I can not tell you where I got it. But it was perfect for this card. My flower is one of the last from a gift box from a dear blogger friend Glenda Brook she makes prettier flowers than I can grow. I have hoarded this box for so long and only give them on a card to very special friends. I am sure you will agree that this flower is lovely. I added a few flat back rhinestones for some bling and a pretty sheer blue bow. The sentiments are old ones that I have had forever but they worked perfect for this card.
