I instantly fell in love with this angel the first time I saw it and so I knew it would have to join my stash. I was thrilled to get to color her. I wanted the colors to be be very muted on this card. I am not sure I achieved that , but I had fun trying. I used a fun Cherry Lynn die to cut out all my fun snowflakes. I then added a gold pearl to the center of all (but one...just noticed that)! Oh, dear, I do hate when I see mistakes after I have posted my cards.. tisk, tisk! I used a Spellbinders die to cut the image out and let her feet hang outside the frame. My Musical die is a new one from Memory Box and I love it. I tried to keep this card CAS. Not sure if I accomplished that but for me it as close as it is going to get.
My Song (Alan Jackson)
They came from near
They came from far
Following a distant star
To where he lay.
Not being sure of what it meant
But knowing it was Heaven sent
They made there way.
And the creatures gathered 'round
And didn't make a sound
And the Angels cried.
They came from far
Following a distant star
To where he lay.
Not being sure of what it meant
But knowing it was Heaven sent
They made there way.
And the creatures gathered 'round
And didn't make a sound
And the Angels cried.

How cute! Love the colours and I've been wanting that music die.

I understand the instant love for this quite beautiful and sweet angel. And yes, keeping her in muted colors was wonderful. She's gorgeous!
I think you did a wonderful job keeping it simple and monochromatic, it looks very elegant!
