Shabby Chic....????....An Attempt!

I have made a dismal attempt do a card for this weeks challenge at The Paper Shelter. Out challenge is "Vintage". I have pursed ever vintage site, card and scrapbook page I could find, but I still can't create that look. (I can't do it in my home either.) I love the look but for some reason it totally escapes me. LOL! Despite my pitiful effort I do love this darling image and you can find her here! I hope you will join us for this challenge...I am eager to see your lovely work. Speaking of lovely work be sure and check out my team mates entries. They will inspire you far beyond my feeble attempt!
He rocks in the tree tops all day long
Hoppin' and a-boppin' and a-singing his song
All the little birds on Jaybird Street
Love to hear the robin go tweet tweet tweet
Rockin' robin (Tweet x 3)
Rockin' robin (Tweet, tweedle-lee-dee)
Go rockin' robin
'Cause we're really gonna rock tonight

I love this image and had to smile at the dreadful mess on the floor! The Glossy Accents are a good finishing touch.

Thank you for sharing your work with all of us at Crafty Boots Challenges.

I think this looks vintage, your image lends itself to that all on its own and your paper choices are lovely. Quit being so hard on yourself!
