Fly The Friendly Skies

A closer look!

 Even closer!

I had a bit of time to color and I just had to color up this cute little image from The Paper Shelter. I have a special friend who is now a flight attendant. She loves jetting from place to place and always keeps everyone posted where she is at (or just leaving). I colored my cute little image with Copics and Twin Markers. I added some lovely rhinestones for some sparkle. The Eiffel Tower was a button that I removed the shank from. The flower is a die cut from Cherry Lynn,  and the paper lace is from Whimsy. This is my attempt at CAS card?! I hope you will check the new images out at The Paper Shelter  I am sending  this card to Savanna. I hope it will brighten her day knowing I am thinking of her!
I am entering this card in the following challenges:

My Song: I Leaving On a Jet Plane
All my bags are packed I'm ready to go
I'm standin' here outside your door
I hate to wake you up to say goodbye
But the dawn is breakin' it's early morn
The taxi's waitin' he's blowin' his horn
Already I'm so lonesome I could die
So kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you'll wait for me
Hold me like you'll never let me go
Cause I'm leavin' on a jet plane
Don't know when I'll be back again
Oh baby, I hate to go

I tried back in the be a flight attendant. They had a standard of how tall you must be and I was too short. Back then you also had to have a college education which I had just finished. Now, it seems anything goes....guess they could be sued for these infractions.haha Beautiful job on the coloring with the extra bling on rhinestone.
