A Card of Many Folds

Here we are ready to start the holiday season. A time that is so busy. I hope everyone will take time to stop and enjoy the true meaning of this season. A time to be thankful, for all we have been given, a time to open our hearts and remember what Christmas is all about. I am sending this card off to someone that may need a lift during this time of year. Our challenge at The Paper Shelter is A card of many folds. I hope you like this one it has been fun to do and I love this stamp called  "Where we going". So grab you favorite Paper Shelter stamp and join the fun.
I am entering this card a the following challenges:

Me and Bobby McGee
Busted flat in Baton Rouge, waitin' for a train
And I's feelin' near as faded as my jeans
Bobby thumbed a diesel down, just before it rained
It rode us all the way to New Orleans
I pulled my harpoon out of my dirty red bandanna
I was playin' soft while Bobby sang the blues, yeah
Windshield wipers slappin' time, I was holdin' Bobby's hand in mine
We sang every song that driver knew
Freedom's just another word for nothin' left to lose
Nothin', don't mean nothin' hon' if it ain't free, no no
And, feelin' good was easy, Lord, when he sang the blues
You know, feelin' good was good enough for me
Good enough for me and my Bobby McGhee
