A Little Birthday Wish!

 

It has been a rough week around here. My SIL just found out she has cancer throughout her body, it started in the breast, spread to the lymph glands and thyroid, spread to the bones, stomach, and now the brain. I am ready to escape in my craft room and to reflect on how fortunate and blessed I am.  My sweet husband is sending me to visit a friend in Washington and my friend and I will be attending a scrapbook convention.  I am really looking forward to a few days of  escape!

It is time for another "Anything Goes Challenge" at Inspiration Destination. Our gracious sponsor this week is the ever fabulous "Bugaboo Stamps" This cute little stamp is called  "Bbrat Girl Balloon Sitter" and she can be found here. I had some very pretty lace that I had picked up from a sale bin at JoAnn's Fabric, I think I must have kept for over a year just so I could use it on just the perfect card. I added the purple ribbon down the center and tiny rhinestones in the center of each lace flower. Some pretty purple rhinestones from Queen and Company added some extra sparkle to my fun card!
