Love Is Still In The Air!

 

It seems as if I have been gone forever! As many of you know I had my second surgery on my shoulder in November. I spent the holiday season in a immobilizing sling. So, this is one of my first colors since I  began  physical therapy to move my arm.  It was a struggle for me and not my best job, but the digi stamp from Cute as a Button is adorable and it helped to inspire me to keep going! Today is a special day at the Chapman household! It is my husbands birthday! He missed being a valentine baby by one day! So happy birthday Steve! I am using a a sweet digi stamp from Cute As A Button! I thought she was the perfect touch for a birthday/valentine card! I used a new die from Spellbinders to frame her and cut the additional corner piece to layer the corners! I hope you have a special day also!

I am still struggling with the use of my arm and my coloring reflects it. I am going to keep working at improving so I hope you all will bear with me.

It is time for another challenge at The Paper Shelter! Our challenge this week is "For the One I Love"! That's right we want to see a card for someone you love! I chose "Casual Boy" and "Annabelle" stamps and then merged the stamps. They make me smile when I see them. They remind me of my husband and I forty-five years ago! I had the long hair and the bell bottom jeans and my husband had the 'long' hair of that day. LOL!
