"With Sympathy"

It is hard to get enthusiastic about a sympathy card. But, I will say I do like this one. The digi is a free one that I got about a year ago. I am sorry that I don't know who to credit, but I think it is lovely and a great image for a sympathy card. I colored the image with my Copics. The lovely lace was a gift from a dear friend across the pond...thanks Shirley. I used a cuttle bug embossing folder for the the background white piece. I added a SU sentiment and used a MS punch for the lace trim and popped it with foam dimensionals. I added a sheer ribbon and a half pearl to finish off my card. I am entering this card at the following challenges:

    This is so beautiful Patty and it does make a lovely sympathy card, which are not the easiest of cards to make.

    Lovely card, just a shame it is a sympathy card. Might have to case this one as I always have good intentions but have never felt comfortable making a sympathy card but this is wonderful.

    Sympathy cards are always hard cards to make...You have created a lovely treasure! Something about a flower that just says comfort to me! Just beautiful!
